We sell our beef by the side, which means half the animal. The price you pay will depend on the hanging weight of the animal. The hanging weight refers to the weight of the animal after it has been processed and before it's cut into individual portions. Once your order is placed, you will receive a detailed Cut Order form outlining your custom beef cuts. The butcher will then prepare and package your meat according to your specifications.
